Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Red Wing, MN

The guy that checked me in was professional and very nice. The hotel was clean, up to date and convenient for us. The breakfast staff were so kind and helpful. The breakfast was great (especially the french toast and coffee) the kids loved the pool and special touch of home was the music in the lobby. Will definitely recommend!

Nice stay close to Welch Village. Large Hot Tob and Pool area for the kids

Chlorine levels way too high in pol and hot tub. Our kids developed chlorine related rashes from the high chlorine levels. Needed more room towels and trash emptied but had to ask for those to be done.

Upon checking into our room we found multiple lady bugs dead and alive. The room had not been vacuumed and the top of the headboard was covered in dust and the TV had smears all over it. The sink and tub in the bathroom would not drain properly. We talked to the night manager about all of the issues and he promised that we would be reimbursed for the room but when the general manager showed up she said the only way she would reimburse us was if we left the premises. Mind you we have 3 small children and the rooms all over were booked up and it was after 10:00pm by the time we were told. I would never stay at this hotel again! The main reason I am so upset is that the management was rude and did nothing to help out just gave excuse after excuse to not remedy the situation. Poor Management!

It was a very nice hotel. We have family that live in the area and choose to stay one night. We would stay again.

We love to stay here because they have an option of 2 bedrooms/1 bath which is nice when travelling with our adult children. We also love the Smokin' Oak Restaurant that is literally in the parking lot.

The pool was closed this morning for maintenance. Very unhappy because our family wanted to swim and use the hot tub. That is why we stayed there because of a pool. Never will stay there again.

Our bathroom was very dirty, like pee on the floor dirty. The beds are hella squeaky, even when you gently touch them. There were no towels in the pool/hot tub area the whole weekend. The breakfast was decent, but the people attending breakfast were rude. There were also a bunch a loud kids screaming and running up and down the hallway.

While I was very pleased with the very nice staff, the hotel has some problems. We were there for a family event so I ended up staying in 2 different rooms and my sons stayed in yet another room. Two of the rooms had tubs that did not drain. One room had a towel that had a big hole in it and all the towels were old and thin. Another room included an iron that had some gunk on it that ruined a shirt. The breakfast was just satisfactory due to the limited selection.
