Employees were friendly. Pool was small but kids loved it. Carpet looked dirty. Beds were very comfortable.

Terrible!! I want a refund. Hot tub not hot at all. Barely warm, and no jets. Bed, awful. Old and hard. No extra towels. Dirty carpet. A/C not working. I was looking so forward to a hot tub after a very long day of graduation ceremonies and meeting new family. Also, our room faced city lights and the curtains to darken the room were only decorative. Only had a sheer see through curtain to block out those lights! SO NOT HAPPY!! DO NOT STAY HERE!

Staff was really nice and the breakfast was good and had a good selection. The hotel over was clean but smelled like smoke and pool was ice cold and not usable. The hot tub was also out of order and closed so the kids were bummed about that.

Love the size and location of rooms and hotel. The room we stayed in had two small rooms so great to have children in one room - close supervision and a little privacy for mom and dad to rest in the other. Bathroom reeked of cleaner chemical. My wife developed a cough from it while we stayed. Crumbs all in the hide a bed was a bit gross. Called desk for an extra blanket and pillow- said they’d be right up but never showed up. Breakfast was better than most hotels, juice machine was broken- it happens. So some easy improvements but an over all restful stay.

No email or anything went out about the pool being closed. Nothing on the hotel site. No apology. The whole reason we got a hotel was for our kids to go swimming.

I was disappointed because my reservation was for 2 queen beds and when I got in room discovered that we had a king and a sofa bed. The sofa bed did not work well at all for an adult and an almost adult size child.

The room itself was fine, but we were visiting our grandchildren and was hoping to have fun in the pool. The hot tub wasn’t working!! Very upsetting! It seems anymore that hotels are ignoring their pools/hot tubs and making sure they are working. I was really looking forward to a good soak and the ONLY reason we came to this hotel was because of the hot tub.

Check in was friendly and efficient. On walking into the room it appeared very adequate. We had a king bed and a sofa. The bed was uncomfortable as it had a broken spring and we rolled to the middle. The sofa needed a cleaning and the ceiling in the bathroom needed repair. To top it off, our room was on 1st floor and above us was a family with loud kids running around and jumping on the bed until 11pm and staring up at 7am. When we went to the front desk staff report it they already knew of the problem but the 2nd night and day there was no change.

Tons of young kids running around the hotel unsupervised and being loud with staff doing nothing about it. The coffee area in the hotel was always empty and/or there were no cups. Breakfast was a joke. Almost everything was "out" (including coffee) leaving very limited options for breakfast. Carpeting needs to be cleaned as it looks very dingy, the entire hotel could use a good thorough cleaning. For the price of the stay, I expect much better.
