Hilton Garden Inn Minneapolis/Eden Prairie

Very few places to eat. Ice maker not working. 1 elevator Not working. No kitchen staff for happy hour even though they were advertising for it. Very loud with banquet going on. Lots of kids running up and down the hallways.

Staff was very friendly, though house keeping tried coming into room prior to us checking out and didn't hear them knock. Biggest complaint is the breakfast, was not impressed or pleased that i had to pay $20 for me and my 2 kids to eat crappy milk carton eggs (which i later got sick from) over heated, sausage patties so thin the tongs couldn't even pick them up. If you're going to charge ppl for breakfast, at least have fresh eggs and better sausage.

They ended up booking me in the wrong room I was suppose to get a king with pull out sofa and they gave me a King with no pull out and snacks and drinks of course I was upset and they couldn't change it.. but the guy behind me gave me his room he had a 2 queen beds and he took mine also the guy at front desk was professional and was helpful even with my attitude in the beginning. The down side to all this is that I was right across from pool which i thought would be great so my son can swim but there were a couple kids going in and out of pool after hours (closes at 11pm) so loud I could hear door slamming not to mention being so loud in hallway and it didnt stop till midnight not to mention people in hallway being loud after 1am. My son has basketball tournament early that next morning and lets just say he didn't sleep the best and I didn't at all I'm so tired was hoping this would of been a nice experience which it would of been perfect if all that didn't happen.
