Had an unexpected overnight in the area and they were very patient with me and my two toddlers checking in. When i asked for a crib i expected to need to carry to the room myself like i have at other hotels. They insisted to carry it for me and I greatly appreciated it.

We stay here when visiting family. We love the pool and the breakfast. This stay, our TV did not work, front desk tried to fix it but it still did not work. Would have appreciated a discount or move to another room but neither was offered. Even after I asked. Disappointed.
