This was a very nice hotel. Breakfast was great for my family of four, plenty to choose from. The pool area was always clean and I liked that there was soap in the shower so we could clean up before going back to the room. All of the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful and the location is perfect. Almost everything we needed was within 10 minutes. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

We were disappointed with the stay. The hotel has a policy of not cleaning rooms unless it is requested, but that policy was not posted anywhere in our room or in the quest services book. After we found out, we requested that our room be cleaned on three consecutive days and NOT ONCE was it cleaned unless we asked the house cleaning staff. The management never communicated our request to the staff. The room was finally cleaned on the fourth day of our five day stay. Also, we had three rooms for our family and among the three rooms we had to get approximately nine new key cards because they did not hold the information. Just a little frustrating. The rooms do not have hooks for hanging things, if that is of interest.

The hotel was clean and welcoming. The pool area was clean and the kids had a fun time swimming.
