SpringHill Suites by Marriott Detroit Metro Airport Romulus

Springhill Suites service was top notch for 4 days straight. Our family stated this will be our number one place to stay when come in town. The manager on duty made our stay awesome. WE WILL BE BACK!!!!!!

They were very helpful while booking a room for my family whom were visiting. My teenage granddaughter is autistic and loves to pace and jump. Could be a bad experience for someone if we had a room on upper floors but they were great. Got a ground floor room close to pool. Everyone had a good time no stress over my Maddie's actions when excited. Will be back. Thank you.

The stay was quite and Parking was easy and convenient. Location was great. Only issue I had is in the room provided the sliding rest room door was very hard to open and close. I need to help kids every time they need to go in and come out and bit annoying.

its an area of all hotels and restaurants. perfect for my stay on business and had the kids along.

Worst hotel stay of my life.bathroom door got locked at night,no one was there to help us,next day at 10:00am maintence guy came.i was there with 3small kids.sofa has bleach stains.

Great hotel. Clean. Staff was friendly and efficient. Room was large and had a sofa bed, which is handy for those of us with 2 kids who are too old to sleep in the same bed, but don't want a 2nd room. Room had a fridge and microwave, which is a plus. Shuttle to airport was on time and convenient. Breakfast was good, with a variety of options.

This hotel has the most spacious room for my family of 5! It’s quiet considering it’s near the airport. The staff is genuinely kind, caring, professional, friendly, helpful. I can’t say enough about that. This hotel is actively taken care of throughout each day. Our only disappointment was the pool area. It is clear no one takes the time to swim. The water was stagnant, only moving once we go in. It’s very small so it won’t fit large groups. The hot tub was out of order all week. Seemed like most people used the fitness area instead of the pool. People came and looked at the pool area, but never came in. We never saw others walking around in swim suits so I feel like people may have a different focus when there. Other than that, I was thankful for the quiet, clean atmosphere with great service!

It was an ok place to sleep. Stag were very unfriendly. Definitely didn’t go out of their way for anything. There were no towels in the pool area as we were told, so I went back to the desk and she said she didn’t have any. She then stated she would have some in 20 minutes. I waited 45 minutes to go back up there and she said she still didn’t have any that they were in the washer. So she lied to me from the start. I had 5 kids in the pool and had no towels to dry them off. The worst thing about it was her attitude and that she wasn’t apologetic.

It was ok. Big enough rooms for our family. There were bleach stains everywhere and vomit in one of our rooms on the couch-we changed rooms of course. Stains and “stuff” not sure what it was on the walls and ceilings, beds were very soft and had stains on the mattresses and blankets. It appeared as if the room was old and falling apart.
