From the moment i showed up, the staff was like family!! Funny helpful and genuine! Loved the separate bedroom from living room so i could sleep while my husband stayed up. Breakfast was good. Too cheesy on anything w eggs n no meat options! But the lady who helped me majority of my visit (tiffany or brittany) made everything worth it. She was fabulous. 💯

At check in was told room wouldn't be ready until 6pm even though check in is at 3pm. Why is room 3 hours late? Did not offer discount for inconvenience, but when asked was able to switch us into room that was ready. Pool is smaller than picture and says heated but was pretty cold, still able to swim. However there was a group of 18 kids that came into Pool without parents and took over entire pool. Running and jumping diving and back flips into pool. I have 2 kids under age 3 and we had to leave before my children got hurt. Told front desk and she went into pool area looked around but didn't say anything to them just said sorry to us.

Great place for kids and a dog! Lots of area outside to walk with grass. Great friendly staff... super clean room.

Stayed in this hotel for 1 night with family. Room was ready and clean. Check in was quick. Kids enjoyed the pool and the breakfast was good.

Our family of 5 spent one night. The 2 queen suite was a perfect size for our whole family and we didn’t have to get two rooms. The rooms were clean, some upkeep was needing to be done in the bathroom (rust stain on shower floor, lime stain on sink). Wish the bathroom door was more private. It was a pocket door that didn’t lock.

Check in was great. The hotel ran out of rooms (we checked in at 10:00 pm), so they gave us two adjoining rooms.They also brought us clean bedding for the pullout couches for our kids. The place looks brand new.
