Sugar Beach Resort Hotel

The beach access and lounge chairs and umbrellas are excellent and why we chose to stay. The indoor pool is large as well with kid timings until 10 pm. The box breakfast should be advertised as such. If I had known that I would not have booked. It is not a hot breakfast - my kids and I missed that comfort usually offered at US hotels. The rooms are okay. The service was lovely.

The room was clean. My issue was the amount of noise and lack of sleep that was gotten because of it. Our room was located right above the lobby and next to a family who was on the loud side. The walls were paper thin and you could hear everything inside and out. All night long you could hear traffic from the main road, car doors slamming, people coming and going from the lobby below.

Our stay at Sugar Beach Resort was overall really great! The location was good and the private beach was convenient and beautiful! The staff was friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub! Great place to stay as a family!

No real complaints, this is our second time back to Sugar Beach and we enjoyed! All areas were clean, and the staff are both friendly and helpful. Not having to deal with wet towels is also a major plus for me when going to the beach and really helped keeping sand out of the room. My only wish would be to have more communal sitting for meals, we don't always like to eat at restaurants but the options for sitting at a table to share a meal is just one table at the entrance to the beach so if another family is sitting there back to your room you go. There is some sitting in the lobby area but no tables.

Great location for families. Beach was amazing with chairs, loungers and on site boat, jet skis and kayak rentals. Rooms had lots of space. Rooms were a little dated but couldn’t beat the beach area. The pool was great too. Would definitely come back.

The breakfast in the beginning, I thought it was a great idea because it was going to be delivered to our door, but once we received it, it was not a lot of choices and not a lot of choices for kids only one type of cereal that’s crazy. Our room was very dusty, not clean at all the table where we needed to eat was filthy. Good thing we bought Lysol wipes, better lighting, maybe some ceiling fans and garbage cans for recyclables.

This was an amazing property! So beautiful and quiet. My 2 small kids were happy and occupied playing on the sand that they clean every morning. They even have sand toys for the kids . Staff is super super nice and cater ti every need. Andrew made sure we didnt need anything and was always quick to respond. Will definitely visit again!

The hotel was lovely. It was in a great location, had a beautiful little beach and had everything we needed for a great stay. My kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub and I enjoyed our view. We had a suite and it was just lovely.

I am so thankful that we decided to stay at Sugar Beach Resort Hotel! Check in was super easy. We loved having breakfast delivered to our door in the morning. The beautiful beach was the icing on the cake. It was a perfect room for our family and we can't wait to return!

Overall the hotel was okay. The pool and hot tub were also a good place, also for our kids. The breakfast gets delivered to your room. All pre-packed things, but not very tasty. We had quite some stains on bed covers (some blood) and old spilled coffee on drawers. The staff was helpful and friendly.
