Great price- was able to accommodate our larger family!

I was worried when we checked in because there were kids running around EVERYWHERE. I think there were lots of families there for different sports tournaments. But everything got quiet at 10:00.

Checkin was easy & staff was friendly. We enjoyed that this hotel has a hot tub & the hot tub/pool area is 18 & over after 9pm; however the hot tub jets are not in the correct placement & spray upwards like a water fountain on 3/4 of the hot tub and the other 1/4 the jets barely work. Our room was pretty standard & had the amenities we needed. The room was situated on the 2nd floor with a window into the pool area which did get loud for a bit. The shower made a horrible squealing noise until we figured out the precise placement to make it stop. There is no elevator, which we were fine with for this particular 1 night stay, but a heads up for those staying multiple nights or with kids & have more luggage. Breakfast is a standard continental. Overall an average hotel that could use some maintenance & TLC in a couple of areas.

We love this hotel! We get the family room that has 3 beds, it is so roomy. The pool is so nice and warm. The staff is all so friendly and the breakfast buffet has a good variety. All pluses in our book!

We come to visit family.and get away time.

We love staying here when we go to kalkaska to see our family 3-4 times a year and always stay here..our beds kinda sucked..need new ones in toom 211.but other then that we love thi place..cant wait to go again..hopefully pool/hot tub be open even without it they make up for it in other ways there breakfast is one f the best we had staying at any motel up there by far one of our favorite places to stay..

My daughter noticed when eating breakfast the host had her family come in to eat during busy time.

Very nice and spacious room. Love the friendliness of the staff. Breakfast was amazing and well worth it. Was a very nice trip for my family.

Amazing little gem, really good pool clean bedrooms. Good breakfast every morning, very good well stocked up little breakfast room. Hotel is very quiet I will definitely come back with family

The swimming pool was nice, water was warm. Bed was comfortable. Overall very clean. But Mary was the highlight of my stay! I woke up late, but still went downstairs to check if there was any food left in the breakfast room. Mary was cleaning up and I asked if there was any food left for me to take back to the room for my wife and kid. Luckily there was! She brought me plates and utensils. I had 4 plates of food. I was going to try to carry all 4 plates back to the room. Mary offered to help me and carried two plates of food for me. The entire time, Mary was super friendly, nice, helpful, and also had a beautiful smile! She brightened my day
