The cleanliness of the main lobby and breakfast area were fine, but the room I stayed in was not clean and was very disappointing. One of the comforter had blood stains on it. The bathroom was not clean. The ceiling vent looked as it hasn't been cleaned for months, and shower/tub area, including tiled walls, had many pink mold spots. Especially, the shower head was covered with the pink mold, and i had to clean it myself before I let my kids use the shower. My family and I stayed 2 nights at this hotel, but there was no evidence of someone cleaning the room after the first night.

We enjoyed how close it was to the ski resorts and downtown area. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was great for our kids. The room wasn't clean, the bathroom sink was clogged/wouldn't drain, the hotel/rooms/pool are outdated which makes them dingey/unclean and we were either right above laundry that kept going all night or we had loud upstairs neighbors.

Property was as expected - Clean enough but outdated. To pool was too cold, even for the kids! Good, safe location. Our one night stay was very overpriced, in my opinion.
