Average. Front desk helpful when child locked key in room. Pool/spa area extreme chlorination. The dryer obviously needed exhaust pipe cleaned as it took forever to clear moisture. Room was clean except toilet looked liked the area below water line had not been touched in a long time so slight odor. We were traveling with two kids 7/10. We received a noise complaint for normal family levels of noise at 945pm as we returned from the pool. We are seasoned travelers and respect rules and others. The walls and floors are thin so just be aware. Otherwise, this hotel served its purpose for the night. The breakfast was very good.

Stayed for a night on a family trip. Clean hotel and facilities. Great location. On the flip side, there were zero options for vegans/vegetarians and folks trying to eat healthy.

This was the second time we stayed at this hotel. It has a great location. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Some observations....Sidewalks not cleared of snow. Unattended kids in the pool and hot tub area. I did not feel this was safe so left. There was loud noise and running in the hallway. Breakfast was great and breakfast attendant very attentive and helpful! Floor in room did not appear vacuumed as we found peanuts on the floor.

Front desk reception girl was simply awful, rude unprofessional and even had the audacity to yell and scold at my 7 yr old daughter for touching the reception bell ring when I was busy bringing my luggage in. She should have brought it to my attention and not have yell at her while I was not there ! If she dose t like kids then don’t work with the public and scold my child as I’m just arriving and paying to have a pleasant experience. Also the pool had to be closed as a child threw up in the pool. The pool was small and crowded and looked thirty even after they cleaned it. Yuk.

Many eating places to chose from and in walking distance from the hotel area was clean and felt very safe. Staff very friendly and helpful would book this hotel again and tell friends and family about this hotel

The property was a bit run down. There was mold in the bathroom and the room had a musty smell. The walls are not sound proof and you can hear everything outside your room. There were kids running up and down the hallway and hanging out in the hallway from 7am to midnight. My teenage daughters even complained that they were unable to sleep because of all the noise. We will not be staying here again!
