Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Plymouth

My son got bruised up and a knot on back of head. Due to a heavy wall placement they had not screwed into wall and it fell on him near ac. His legs are swollen and bruised up. Then the shower piece fell off could have hurt the baby.

We went down for a wedding for our family member, and this was the hotel the wedding party was all staying at. I was imidetly off put by the hotel immediately calling as we entered the room to see if it was too our liking. I said yes thank you and hung ups, honestly I hadn't even looked at the room I still had my bag in my arms. And we basically got changed and headed out the door. I noticed small little black ants in the bathroom before we walked out, but didn't mention it because we were in a hurry to get to the wedding after driving from Maine. And they were confined to the outline of the shower in the bathroom, I just shut the door and ran out. I honestly had forgotten about it until the next morning because we were only in the room at check in, and when we returned to the room around 2:30am to sleep. There were a lot of issues when the wedding party arrived back at the hotel the staff was horrible to the bride, and she was not provided the services she paid for, she paid to reserve the bar but the hotel didn't have the other large group leave the bar so our party wasn't even able to get in the bar.

Super clean. Big rooms (family of 5). Lots of shopping/restaurants right outside the entrance. Free breakfast was delicious and hot. Fresh cookies anytime available for free at the front desk. Just a great, easy going hotel. Will stay again and wpuld recommend!

We actually had a couple problems with the room upon checking in- but they were solved immediately. (Didn’t have a tv remote) but the front desk employee was great at the time. I loved the hotel, breakfast, and the area surrounding. Easy parking, would easily stay again. We asked to have an extra hour due to our family member passing and having a lot to sort out but she straight out said no and nothing else. Thought that was pretty rude. That was my only issue.

Very clean, quiet and very good breakfast. very good place to stay with your pet and family.

Was treated very poorly upon checking in with my family. There were multiple other families there being treated rudely. The manager had a very bad attitude, I really wish I could leave a good review, I HATE leaving bad ones. For the price I would highly suggest another hotel in the area. We were checked in late and the manager was anything but apologetic. She seemed to be having a bad day and was more than happy to pass that along to ourselves and several other guests.

The hotel was immaculately clean and our room was perfectly comfortable. My daughter loved the pool, and the free breakfast was a plus! We would recommend this hotel to our friends and family!

Very happy with our overnight stay. Hotel staff was helpful and polite making check in and out fast and easy. Rooms were quiet, spacious and very clean. Breakfast in the morning was well stocked and dining area was nice. We didn't use the bar area, workout room or the outdoor patio/fire pit since we have small kids but it is a nice option to have and well maintained. Indoor pool area was clean and enjoyed, it has a lift chair for handicap accessiblilty. Surrounding area has many food and shopping options which was very convenient. If traveling to this area again, we would definitely stay at this hotel again.

This is a nice hotel. Fairly new. Our family of three stayed in a suite with two queen beds. It was pretty spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Kitchen lady very friendly. Only complaint it was the shampoo bottle in our room was empty on day one. They should check the bottles. I told this to front desk the next morning but by 5 PM no one replace the bottle. Had to ask again.

Terry the breakfast server was outstanding. She was so kind, went above and beyond not only for my family but all that she encountered!
