Cape Ann's Marina Resort

Stay was okay. Friday morning when I went in to check my family into the room, the lady wasn’t really personable didn’t have a friendly face. But when going into the pool and checking out the other ladies at the desk were super friendly and helpful.

We loved the hotel and location however we were in a room on the 3rd floor and there was a disturbance in the the room on the 4th floor over our head. There were children jumping off sofas or beds or both and running back and forth. After bearing with this for 2 hrs., I phoned the front desk to complain and was told that I would have to wait until 10:00PM to deal with noise. At 10:00PM I phoned again and was told that they would deal with this. The running and jumping did not cease until after 11:00PM. This was deplorable. I explained all this at the front desk when I checked out this morning and was told that the manager was not there but would phone me when she arrived and she did not call me.

Beautiful hotel and perfect location. You need to have signs or instructions on check in parking as we could not find parking when we checked in most likely due to restaurant guests. It would have been nice for the staff to notify us that they had a pool at check in we found it at check out. Room was clean inviting and comfortable. We will return and have recommended this hotel to family members that will be in town shortly.

Perfect stay for a weekend visiting family! We will be back and definitely stay here again.

Had to walk to Lobby No Internet in rooms. Swimming pool was shut down and filled with koi fish. Which was cool but kids were looking forward to swimming.
