Fairmont Copley Plaza, Boston

Room wasn’t prepared. Second bed for family of 4 had not bedding. Waited 3hours before bedding was received.

We just spent a night but had a great time with our kids. Loved that breakfast was included and that Copley place and prudential center were walking distance. Rooms were great, bathrooms could be updated. Staff was on point and very nice to us. My kids loved the hotel pet lab in the lobby.

I always stay at Fairmont and Fairmont is one of my favorite hotel chains, I was surprised with this location, unfortunately for entire stay with family, due construction and hotel piping problem very noisy. The sink was not running properly, another surprise, for the first two days every single towel has spot! that is not what you are expecting for Fairmont! until I complained, and they change. The room entrance lock has problem and very noisy lock upon opening and closing, maybe we are not luck they gave us the wors room in the hotel and of course they bale Expedia, the front desk Hotel specially were amazing and very professional,

This is a beautiful hotel with plenty of staff on hand to provide assistance on the ground floor. Nice bar with very friendly staff happy to share a story. Our room (the library) was wonderful in terms of space and location, though worth noting that there is only one bathroom, which for a family of 5 is not ideal. Most disappointing feature of our stay was that the room was set-up for 2 people, rather than the 5 as specified on the booking and at check-in. We reported this (3rd time) to reception at 4pm before going out for dinner, and yet when we returned, the room was still not set up for 5 guests to sleep. A very rude operator over the phone, was slightly off-set by the more helpful housekeeping staff that eventually came to the rescue. A real shame, as everything else was wonderful.

This is our favorite place. They were so welcoming to our family And our New puppy!!
