Excellent customer service at this property extremely clean. Very safe and very quiet family had a lot of fun with all the amenities

Large room, quiet, safe and lots to do with the kids

We ended up checking out a whole day earlier because the walls are so thin that we could hear the guest in the room next to ours. Unfortunately the resort could not accommodate us with another room so my family and I decided to shorten our stay…..didn’t feel we should be uncomfortable on what was meant to be a vacation.

We loved our stay. Our child got sick while we were here and the front desk helped out with an extended check out and provided many crafts. everyone was friendly and helpful. Super close to Jiminy. Enjoyed seeing a Hanukkah display up as well as all of the beautiful Christmas decorations. Well done.

Went with two young children (3 and 1) Great ski in/ski out property. Pool area great for kids. Rooms/condos has everything you need. Very comfortable.

Was perfect for my family and I. The kids loved the pools and the staff was super friendly! Was some construction going on but we barely noticed,

Loved all the activities. The website didn't fully do it justice in terms of the child-friendly options (or maybe it was Expedia's description), not by a long shot, so were were pleasantly surprised at all that was right there and would have booked an additional day or two. The noise between the units was really unpleasant esp at night when there was a roaring sound that sounded like a train bearing down above the master bedroom. I called the front desk twice between 11 and 11:30 pm and we concluded it was probably the 2nd floor Jacuzzi overhead. We also had a mysterious knocking on the room door several times with no one outside. Also felt the lighting was poor in the living room which also had windows that were too small. I think large bedroom windows are wasted. Would have been nice to have some dining and bar / cafe options on site or within walking distance (also for kids). Otherwise kitchen was well-stocked, nice to have the two bathrooms, comfortable beds, and awesome pool, playground, activity rooms, etc . We really enjoyed ourselves.

I absolutely love this place. I have been coming here either solo or with family for the past 15 years and it has always been a pleasure— and a much needed getaway. It’s in a beautiful setting, it’s impeccably clean and up to date, the staff are awesome and super friendly, and there’s plenty to do! The apartments here have a full kitchen and plenty of room and space. Really the best.
