My family and I went to a religious event. The hotel staff was aware of the event; they were very welcoming. Customer service was amazing; continental breakfast was great!

Stayed there for a small ski trip. Apart from a slightly boring breakfast, everything about the hotel was fine - from good parking spaces to clean and tidy rooms, to very friendly and helpful staff. And a well-stocked sundries as well. Heard lots of families with small children in a good mood, and the pool seemed to be a big hit. Will definitely stay there again on my next trip to Ski Butternut!

This hotel was quiet, clean, and comfortable. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. My husband and I travelled frequently over the past 10 years. Last year, my husband had multiple surgeries , and had to retire early because of his health. Recently he wanted to go visit MA where he spent childhood summers with his grandparents over 55 years ago. We didn’t know what to expect , so I booked this hotel in the area . This was our first trip in over a year and staying here made him feel like he was at home-Thank you.

Really kind and responsive staff; opened the hot tub for us one night when the kids were clamoring for a soak. Great managers, staff.

Great for skiing at Butternut with family. There are many restaurants < 3 minutes away! The staff is fabulous. Old school hospitality feel. Really nice! Pool was fantastic with hot jacuzzi. Small arcade kept the kids preoccupied for a good 30 minutes. Breakfast was good. All in all 💯

I love this place for accommodation. Very friendly staff, nice room, super nice pool & hot tub (which was one of the best for families). It was a great place for the reluxing myself and kids enjoying. The breakfast setting was not fully normal but served by there staff. She was very friendly and nice. The hotel was surrounded by a few stores (grocery store and McDonald's). So limited, but I did early dining and came to this hotel, so that was not a problem. Overall, the place was really exceptional for a 3-star. I would go back to this hotel again in the summer for fun with the kids and my relaxation.
