Top Mast Resort

If you are looking for simple, clean, friendly staff and lots of amenities for the area, this is it! Don’t expect a 5-star resort, but this is a bit of a throw back in time. We visited with our 2 young children. They loved the indoor pool!! My husband and I loved being right on the beach, having a small kitchen, the cleanliness of the entire resort and the friendliness of the staff. It was our first time visiting, but we’ll definitely be back!

The kids had fun and there’s lots of things with tennis, basketball, swimming pool, and beach to keep them busy. It was a close drive to fun sites around the cape too and you can get back to some peace and quiet. Wish the rooms were a little bit larger but it does the job.

I wish we stayed longer. From check in to check out, our experience was great. The hotel staff are all super friendly and helpful. We stayed in a motel room facing the ocean. It was better than I had expected. The room was nothing fancy but what an amazing view with beach access a few feet away. The pool was fun and there was a bar so that made it even better. Breakfast at the cafe was better than I expected. There were a few families there that we met that have been going there for 50+ years so that says something. It’s also only 10 minutes to Provincetown so you can Uber if you prefer to not have to park or drink too much. I highly recommend.

We had an amazing weekend in a paradise. We love the Cape and have never stayed in an ocean side room. This was a bucket list item for me with my kids and it did not disappoint. Kids loved the pool, and I had a great time hanging on the deck, watching and listening to the waves. We will be back!

Great place for a family vacation in Cape Cod. Right on the beach, clean room with kitchen and balcony. What else do you need?

This resort was amazing we had a great 3-night family visit and stayed in one of the cottages with 3 adults and 3 kids. The ONLY complaint I had was I wish the cottage had one more piece of seating furniture like a chair, but with the limited space understood why it was not there. The location was wonderful, room, pool were all really clean. Staff was all very friendly.

Our room at the cottage was excellent. The friendly staff stop by daily to ask if there was anything we needed. The Resort was close to shopping, PTown, whale watch and the beaches. We had a memorably stay and will recommend this Resort to family and friends. We will be back next year!

Lovely stay reminiscent of childhood trips to the ocean. Great value and location. Rooms are clean and well kept. Would love to return.
