I was in Laurel for the weekend with my family. This hotel was situated few blocks from my Aunt's house. Our one night stay was EXCELLENT. Those that gave this hotel a negative feedbacks need to examine themselves. I mean the surrounding is loaded with stores upon stores. Everywhere was perfectly tidy. We slept well and the breakfast was one of the best I've ever see. The ladies at the breakfast area were extremely welcoming, loving and very respectful. I had a little delay in checking in,but that was understandable. Keep up the good works guys and remember, I'll always be around whenever I'm in the area.

Check in was easy, staff were pleasant and kind, room was clean, and free breakfast was plentiful. Will stay here again next time I’m in town visiting family. No complaints!

The hotel overall was fine. My kids were looking forward to swimming, even though it was overcast and sprinkling. The staff said the pool is closed because of the weather. They explained it’s only open if it’s a sunny day. My children were disappointed and that left very little for them to do to entertain themselves. I was just disappointed with the lack of amenities.

This hotel is awful. There were people hanging out at 1 AM. Doors slamming, kids crying,, people banging on the walls. it was absolutely terrible. I asked for a quieter room and the front desk said they are all this way. The pool was empty and had two 5 gallon Home Depot buckets in it. This was beyond disappointing.

Overall, very decent hotel. Only major disappointment was that I booked this hotel specifically because of wanting to use pool with my family, but pool closed 8pm... seemed early for mid-summer, when high heat makes being outside before then very uncomfortable. Would have chosen less expensive hotel had I been aware of early closure. Lesson learned... next time ask pool hours!

Location was key and conveniently walking distance to major shops and restaurants. The free breakfast was an added bonus good selection, clean space and plenty of room for solo and family travelers.
