Holiday Inn Express North East, an IHG Hotel

My family was dissatisfied with the whole stay and it was only one night. My wife explain to me that there was no hot water and when it was brought to the front desks attention. They advised her to keep the water running for twenty minutes. And that didn’t work at all, so my wife and children were forced to remain shower-less for the whole stay. Not to mention the front desk kept hanging up on my daughter. The next morning they went for breakfast in the eating area. Breakfast was late and when the breakfast was finally served, there wasn’t enough for everybody. So my wife was only able to split whatever was left between my two children, so my wife didn’t eat. And my wife stated to me that my kids said the breakfast was cold. In a nutshell, the service was horrible and I would never book a reservation there again. And I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone either.

I had a car issue on the highway and needed a room for a night. This hotel is very accommodating and friendly. I was with my two kids and my parents. Very quite, clean, and everything that i needed were well provided. I really appreciate the service. The continental breakfast was great enough. :)

Our family stayed here while in the area for our son's wedding. Hotel facilities were impeccable, breakfast was good, internet connection was great and staff were friendly and accommodating.
