Bar Harbor Manor

Thank you for a wonderful stay!!! We researched online for hours to choose the best property in Bar Harbor for our bucket list trip. The Bar Harbor Manor exceeded our expectations in every category!!! This beautifully manicured property in a quiet location with spacious parking and bike storage within walking distance to the waterfront action, restaurants and shopping was perfect for our needs. Our room in the hotel was spacious, clean, quiet, comfortable pillows/bedding, lovely outdoor deck, and great AC! I slept like a baby!! The owners and staff (Constance, Christopher, and Penny) show they really care about the guest experience through all of their tailored concierge recommendations and the little extras they provide like all day coffee/tea/lemonade service; high quality grab and go breakfast and snack items; and my favorite a sanitary water bottle refill station! We look forward to staying with you again when visiting Bar Harbor!!!

Loved this hotel in the heart of Bar Harbor. A good ole fashioned, spotless, hotel room with good AC, a TV, and chocolate chip cookies on arrival. No frills, but the excellent upkeep makes up for it! I will stay here again with family because you can get several rooms on the same floor.

This was by far my best experience in any hotel and I am not young! Penny and Constance, at the reception desk, were amazing at taking care of everyone’s needs, explaining and suggesting activities, restaurants, best time for everything. The were friendly, knowledgeable, available and fun to interact with. A family atmosphere. They made our trip better then we could have expected. The accommodations were also great and clean, loved the breakfast food available, great start to the day. Hotel is within easy walking distance to everything in Bar Harbor. I would recommend to anyone heading to Bar harbor.

The room was immaculate, had a porch, and was sorrounded by beautiful gardens. The room was modern and beautifully decorated. The bed had a firm mattress and was very comfortable. Christopher at the front desk went beyond the call of duty. He recommened great tours and restaurants. He even suggested the best location to see stars at night. Evertime i would come in he was offering me homemade bluebery muffins or cookies. He even brings in candy for the kids. I highly recommend the Bar Harbor Manor!

Christopher went above and beyond to make our stay an outstanding one. He provided a sightseeing recommendation perfect for our family, and went out of his way to make our trip unforgettable. It's the people that make a place special, and Christopher and Constance did just that. Thank you again! (and the blueberry muffins are THE best)

The staff is personable and they treat you like family instead of guests the suite was extremely comfortable and the maid service made you feel very welcome
