Harborside Hotel Marina And Spa

We booked 2 queen beds for our family. They told us that hotels.com cancelled our reservation and they gave our room away. I could clearly see the valid reservation on the app. They put us in the abandoned wedding pavilion. The room has not been remodelled for many many years. I asked for the sheets for the sofa bed. Then they said they would move us to a real room. They never gave us 2 queen beds. They "upgraded" us to a king and sofa bed. The mattress on a sofa bed is very thin. If you ever slept on a sofa bed you would never call it an upgrade. Then we had to schedule housekeeping every day, they no longer clean unless you ask for it. I attached the picture of the bed after the housekeeping visit. There is a daily resort fee for an outdoor pools. Not very useful in 45F weather. I am still waiting for a call from the hotel management.
