Carmel Inn & Suites

The place is good to stay. The breakfast wasn't there. They give baby towels for adult use.

The property was nice but I requested 2 Queen Beds and had 2 Full size beds. I was extremely upset in requesting a change in my check in date due to an unforeseen family issue that caused us to delay for one day - so they changed my check in date and then extended my stay so when I went to check out on Sunday morning - I was told but you cannot check out today - your check out is tomorrow - this IS STUPID!!!! I understand it was a busy time but FORCING me to PAY for one EXTRA DAY IS totally unacceptable - but I think this was mostly EXPEDIA driven - when I tried to change my check in date - had to do it with a online NON PERSON Agent - could not just call the hotel and change - how stupid and ridiculous!!! The cost of the room was already HIGH (I know why) but then unable to check out early!!! When I full well know it was only to get that extra BUCK!!! I suggest this is changed for future stays!!!

When booking it said nothing about being remodeled, also this is the 3rd hotel I have booked with Hotels JUST for the pool, only to pay check in and be told that they have it closed due to the remodel, THEN LIST THAT! I have kids that are very disappointed!

Very clean, enjoyed our stay. Very loud 4/9/22. It only got quite for a couple hours and was loud again. Will stay again, cleanest I've been to. My kids enjoyed the pool.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool was just great and our kids had a blast in it. The breakfast was really nice. The town was a pleasure as well and we hope to be back!
