Sleep Inn & Suites Ruston Near University

The room we had was very noisy. We were right by the elevator so we had to listen to it go up and down all night. Then we had kids in the room above us running and jumping around until after 11 PM. Otherwise it was a great stay

Donna the breakfast attendant was amazing! She helped me make waffles for my kids . She was so helpful!

Another year and another great experience, the location and amazing service is wonderful. The staff is so good and treats you in the way that we are part of the family.

This was a nice hotel. We will definitely stay here again. Price was good, staff was friendly, and the room was clean. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends. I am normally a Marriott hotel stayer, however after looking at the reviews, I saw that Sleep Inn had a better customer rating so I took a chance and I am glad I did.

While on a family road trip across the country, we stayed at the Sleep Inn in Ruston, Louisiana. After having stayed at a subpar hotel in Texas the night before, this hotel was a breath of fresh air. Not only was the property clean and modern, the staff were excellent at their jobs. The service was so great, especially in a time where service has gone out the window. I ended up accidentally leaving my laptop at the hotel, and when the cleaning staff found it, we were already an hour down the road. They called and were so very helpful, even going so far as to ship it to me in Georgia within days, and at no cost to me. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. Now, having stayed in lots of different hotels for the last 2 weeks, including a very expensive beach resort in Florida, I can honestly say the Sleep Inn in Ruston is at the top of my list for cleanliness, convenience, comfort and service. Thank you to Renee and her staff!

I liked the large walk in shower with the wide shower head. The flat screen tv was also nice. However, my family and I found it odd to have the toilet paper about 30 inches away from the toilet. The pillows were not comfortable so it made it difficult to sleep which was unfortunate since the bed was comfortable.

We stopped in on our way through to meet family in Florida. The desk clerk was fantastic, check-in was easy and the room clean. I only wish we’d arrived earlier to be able to take advantage of the pool. Overall all great stay.

We were greeted by the absolute nicest & most attentive front desk host as soon as we entered the lobby! She was very informative & promptly got us into our designated room! Our room was obviously very well kept & provided more than enough room for our family of 4! Company beds, comfy pillows, & company blankets! Ofcourse, my littles sure enjoyed the indoor pool & jacuzzi!
