Unexpected quiet, economical and safe place to stay. Excellent staff. Close to everything if you have a car available. Would recommend for single or family trip.

Enjoyable property. I first discovered them last year when i had to attend a family funeral. It was close to my family without the bustle of the Quarter, clean large rooms. Returned for yet another family funeral this week and it was a welcome place. Had a chance to eat in the neighborhood and clear my head before heading to family. Free parking. I plan to return for pleasant reasons when not staying at my families homes. Great hotel.

Best hotel I’ve seen in New Orleans for the price nothing can beat I’ve already been here twice and I’m gonna only come back to this hotel super clean staff is friendly Amy was amazing and the housekeeping did a wonderful job 10/10 stars I would recommend this hotel to all my family and friends and will definitely be posting a review online and everywhere else and guys parking is free they even have plates and utensils and bowls in the drawers

I had an emergency and had to check out a day earlier. They were super understanding and didn't charge me for the other night. The hotel is perfect for families taking their kids to college. Very convenient and close to Loyola and Tulane.

I have stayed in many hotels in Nola and can honestly say this is the worst. The “ balcony” in my room was stained (maybe blood?) and had a large AC unit taking up half. The balcony overlooked the dumpster. The pool was filthy, with 3 chairs on deck. Three of the four employees I encountered were rude. I had to ask for clean towels and toiletries (3 night stay). They don’t clean the rooms because of “Covid”, all mandates are off? It was a disappointing stay to say the least. Will not go back and will tell everyone I know about my experience. I have two children in college there and go down often. The Alder=ewe.

I cant say enough about this. I never felt so safe in new orleans. Right next to a hospital so 24 hour security, clean hotel, pet friendly, modern and pool is supee nice. Perfect for families
