Very clean and had a suite which worked better for our family. Great breakfast options for the morning. Not a far drive for many sight seeing locations. Thanks for the great stay!

We normally stay at this property and love it, however this time around the toilet in our third floor suite was not working. It was backing up and overflowing. We had to use the bathroom on the first floor with 3 kids (ages 3, 5 & 7) in tow for a day and a half until we checked out. We were told by repairman that the toilet would have to be removed to check why it was backing up. Unfortunately there were no other rooms available for my party. This trip was a bummer.

The suite was so perfect for our family. Really felt like a home away from home. Very spacious and comfortable. Staff brought everything we asked for in a timely gracious fashion. Definitely plan on staying there again.

Spacious room, clean bathroom, and a well equipped kitchen. The property had a 24 hour gym and a media area. The breakfast included things like waffles, cereal, breakfast potatoes/biscuit, sausage, eggs, and grits/oatmeal. The pool is open from 8am to 9pm. The staff was very friendly. The only downside was the pool water was a little dirty and we could hear the kids above us running around the room around 9pm.

Absolutely great experience and we will be back. My children loved the swimming pool, rooms were large and spacious and very accommodating. Close to Lakeside mall and several dining options. Great place and employees.

Amazing place. We are always worried when bringing our kids to New Orleans, but this place was truly a gem. Safe, clean, beautiful. The kids loved it. Great breakfast in the morning and the pool was a plus.

Only negative was there were kids running around in the room above. We actually thought for a moment there might be a basketball court above us lol.
