Holiday Inn Express Williamsburg, an IHG Hotel

Some hair in bathroom not ours. Almost like someone brushed their hair and left. Otherwise very comfortable and clean. There were some loud running kids late a night. Staff seemed to tackle those issues. Breakfast good. Staff really nice . Will use that location again for travel.

we stayed 4 nights. the beds were made once after 3 days,not changed. The toilet was not clean when we got there and was never cleaned while we were there. The washer did not work and lost quarters. There was a sign that says the hotel is not responsible for lost money but at least they could put an out of order sign. I loved the breakfast. The lady that took care of the food did a great job. I lied the checkout being 11 am. The workout room was adequate. The pool was nice but a little too cold. Only little kids were tough enough to handle it.

Great night sleep, didn’t not hear neighbors and breakfast was just right for whole family

We stayed here with 4 kids to be able to see the Moonbow at Cumberland Falls. The falls are about 20-30 minutes from the hotel but aside from staying at the State Resort, is one of the closest places. The room was clean, ample space as we got one with a fold out sofa coach, we were able to have a local pizza place deliver to our door, the indoor pool was great for the kids in mid October and the breakfast in the morning was more than enough with hot options like sausage, biscuit, gravy, bagel bites, omelettes as well as pancakes, cereal, oatmeal, fruit, muffins, etc. I would stay there again.

Upon arrival at the area for check-in we were greeted by 2 smokers sitting where you park. They were smoking away and couldn’t get our kids to avoid it. We walked in and felt like we were disturbing the staff member at the desk to check in. The smokers than joined to help (we were shocked they were actually staff)!!

The host on check in 5/14 was excellent. The female breakfast staff attendant was friendly. There was poop under our toilet seat, tired after 13 hour drive so cleaned ourselves. Morning attendant 5/15 Sunday was not helpful at all and came across as condescending. She was glued to her chair and seemed disinterested in helping. I worked 4 kids through breakfast and was busy helping them. My daughter told me the hot water for tea/oatmeal was empty. I went to look for the breakfast attendants and did not see either. I spoke with the female at the front desk. She told me to look for them in a back room. Clearly I will not leave my kids unattended in an unknown city to go looking for staff in some obscure back room. The male attendant then came out and the front desk attendant pointed to him. She told me in the future to look for him, in a blue shirt. She went and spoke with him and he shook his head. There will likely never be a future visit at that location.... She could have simply relayed the info as she was not busy and I thought maybe was looking at a phone. Simple basic customer service would have gone a long way with this busy dad! Overall the facility was clean other than the wicked smoke smell from smoking employees on the south side door area.

Had a pool but it was closed. Found out after dressing my children to swim. Very nice breakfast with many choices. Room was clean and modern.

Traveling home from a family reunion. It started getting late on the road. I searched for a hotel off the I-75 south to stay for the night. I was pleasantly surprised.
