Various family members from different states met and stayed so we could honor a cousin who passed recently. We set up our memorial in the dining area and shared stories and photos and had a little luncheon we brought in. The staff couldn’t have been nicer. Thank you all so much. You helped make it possible for distant relatives to have closure in their hometown.

This property does not have daily cleaning/room service unless you “schedule” it. There are only brown bag “breakfasts” available in the morning consisting of a box of cereal and a carton of milk, small cartons of juice were also available. Our room was clean when we arrived and the beds were comfortable. The first night we were woken at 12:30am to several children screaming and running up and down the hall. We waited 10 then 15 minutes thinking they would stop, probably just got in from a lengthy car ride, parents will make them stop- but no, at 15 minutes we had enough and tried to call down to the front desk only to get a busy signal, tried this 5 times and called the hotel number from my personal phone, the front desk attendant was flippant, said “yeah, well I guess there’s a problem with the lines again” and when I again stated the kids were screaming and running up and down the hall she said “I guess I can come up there and see what I can do” shortly after that the person across the hall from me opened their door and yelled “knock it off!” Which I heard and also saw because I was looking out of the peep hole in the door so I know we were not the only ones woken up. I doubt I would return to this hotel- if there isn’t daily cleaning service there should at least be plenty of towels and toiletries stocked in the room and the breakfast offered could be better when it’s supposed to be and is billed as a continental breakfast, the front desk needs customer service training.

Room and motel was clean; to-go breakfast during COVID was adequate, but parking was crowded and front desk attendant said the back entrance wasn't working with key card. Lots of kids and noise in the hallways until well after 10:30 p.m.--this motel is in close vicinity to a waterpark. So if you're looking for a quiet stay, especially during the summer on a weekend, you might want to keep looking.
