Front desk clerk unkempt. No TV at all. Very boring experience. Found clump of fiber in bed with what appears to be a dead baby roach or bed bug imbedded in this clump of fibers. Bathroom floors grody, filthy with ground in dirt/hairs. I have photos of this. Won’t rest well for fear of bugs.

The service was great! But the plumbing was horrible. Couldn’t flush our toilet couldn’t shower. The check out person promised a credit to my bill but I never received it. My family and I plan on staying at this hotel at least once a month since my daughter attends UK.
