Best Western Parkside Inn

The heating pool and clean rooms were very nice. Was a safe environment for the family. It was a convenient location with all stores and restaurants close.

My husband and I took a short trip to KY to visit Buffalo Trace Distillery. The location of this hotel is very convenient and close to several restaurants and stores. Our room faced the road, but we weren’t at all bothered by traffic noise. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast during our stay. Unfortunately, we had to cut our trip short due to a family medial emergency. Todd the GM was beyond understanding and helpful in assisting us in getting a refund for the one night we could not stay. When we return to the area, we will definitely stay at Best Western Parkside Inn.

The beds need rotation. They are not good for back support. Staff was fine but some had hard time understanding english. They also had there kids which looked weird.

The property was clean and our grandkids loved the pool.

Good value. The room was spacious and clean. The shower and bathroom were clean. Staff was helpful and friendly. Pool area was clean and maintained. Breakfast was hot with plenty of options for the whole family, well stocked and maintained. Overall good experience.

We were traveling back from Indians and want to catch a couple distilleries on the way home, which it was close to. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. The kids loved the indoor/outdoor pool!

Great time with softball family

This was a nicely taken care of property It was easily accessible from the highway, there were a couple of nice eating establishments near by. The room was clean and neat and the beds were comfortable. There were VERY noisy kids in the room above us they were running, jumping, and screaming well after 10:00pm. The pool was refreshing but was in need of cleaning. The tile around it was very grimy and needed brushed.

The main reason for booking at this hotel was the pool for the kids. The hot water in the showers came and went and there was limited clean towels and wash cloths. Definitely don’t think we’ll be booking here again.
