Great place to stay with the family. We did have some issues with the WiFi and the breakfast was pretty average. Friendly staff and clean room.

My family and I had a great experience for a five night stay at this La Quinta. The facilities were clean, the hotel was relatively quiet, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. My only wish is that the breakfast had a bit more variety and stayed open past 9am. I would definitely stay again during my next visit to Wichita.

We’ve stayed here many times and keep coming back because it’s been great experiences. This trip had some hiccups. Our family hung out Friday night in the lobby and the bar was closed. That was disappointing. I had planned on working over the weekend but the wifi was down the entire time. That was huge. There was only one elevator, which wasn’t a big deal to me since I never use it but my husband spent time waiting for it. The place was full this weekend. The coffee was room temp each morning. Those were minor things but are the reasons I didn’t give it a 5 star. The room was very clean and that is more important to me than anything.

Upon check-in there was no one at the desk and a sign saying “be back soon”. I waited several minutes before anyone showed up. Went down later to ask for washcloths as there was only 1 in our room and again there was no one attending the desk. The kids did enjoy the pool and the very fluffy waffles at breakfast, so that’s a win! There was no internet and was told they were having problems with it. Not ideal, but we only stayed one night.

I’ve stayed at this location at least 7 times now this year traveling back and forth between Texas and Minnesota to care for family. I have never been disappointed with my stay here. The only draw back that I can think of is that they don’t have a hot tub. Otherwise it’s in a great safe location, is extremely clean and always comfortable beds no matter the room I’ve been in. I highly recommend staying here.

Upon arrival we learned the pool was down for maintenance. The staff had said they were re-tiling the floor. We have stayed at this hotel many times for few years now. We could see into the pool area and nothing has been done except the chairs around the pool had been stacked. The note said they were closed from 2/12/24-2/19/24 I believe for maintenance. My kids were very disappointed and we still paid full price for our rooms.

In Wichita for an interview and had a family emergency with a loved one rushed to Wichita hospital after a car accident and staff was kind enough to let us go to hospital before coming back to get ready for interview and having a late checkout. Very much appreciated and will continue to stay here and recommend to others!

A for cleanliness and comfort! A large party in the lobby and many kids playing in the elevators. I think we just happened to go on a busy day. As a result the staff seemed a little on edge but would stay again.
