Homewood Suites by Hilton at The Waterfront

Hotel has a lot of family friendly amenities, rooms spacious and comfortable. Customer services was excellent. I felt they went above and beyond to welcome our family.

Had a great time but unable to use pool because of crazy rambunctious kids but not the hotels fault. Loved everything! Had a great birthday after a tough year.

This is a great property- the amenities of sport court, putting green, pool and hot tub are fabulous. Our suite was great as well plenty of space for our family of 4.

Dare I say I chose for our our family to stay here for one night because of all the 5-star reviews? The staff was very courteous, our 2 bedroom queen suite was perfect for a family of 4, which included our 16 and 13 year olds. I specifically chose this setup since there was also a sleeper sofa but neither kid wanted to give up the bed, so I can’t speak to the pull-out’s comfort! 😂 The included breakfast buffet was terrific and included scrambled eggs, smoked sausage, waffles, fruits, breads, cereal, 3 kinds of hot chocolate, biscuits & gravy, and “donut holes” which I assumed were little pancake balls until my kids asked one of the staff what they were. To note: we were driving from west TN to Frisco, CO, so Wichita was the perfect halfway point. Once we knew we’d make it to Wichita, I started looking for hotels and it was between this and the Drury Inn. Drury was a bit cheaper until I noticed that Homewood Suites included parking and the breakfast buffet, not to mention the best reviews. We wished we would’ve had time to check out the basketball court/goal (unsure if it was half or full) and putt-putt. Maybe next time!

Wonderful stay, late Christmas w grandkids. Excellent facilities and service. Morning buffet was good and ladies manning it so wonderful and helpful. Pool very nice.

Very nice! Very clean! Ceiling fan didnt work. Breakfast staff was rude about us eating before 7 am but we were told breakfast was at 6 from the front desk. Got there at 6:45 and did eat but she turned away 4 other families saying the same thing.

Love this hotel. Great area. Front desk was great. Night stuff guy Cody was very friendly. However for a hotel that nice you would think they’d have a bigger or deeper pool. It’s very small and only 4.5 deep. Get more than 2 families and you can forget swimming. And the pullout sofas are extremely uncomfortable. The couch however was very comfortable to sleep on. I highly recommend but be warned of the pool and pullout sofa

Exactly what we were looking for with our family.

We have family in Wichita, Kansas, and we go at least twice a year. We always stay at this Hilton suites in Wichita. It is an excellent place to spend several days. Thank you to all of the staff.

The entire facility is well kept, beautiful and comfortable. We had many family members staying and there was a nice place near the lobby to sit and visit. There were outdoor games and activities for the kids. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was top notch!
