Very good stay. Check in was easy and fast due to the host working at that time. Room was clean and organized. Pool and hot tub for the family was good. Everyone found something real good to eat at the complimentary breakfast

The front desk lady was so nice so helpful, so professional, the pillow and bed so comfortable i sleep right a way i laid down on bed ,the toiletries good quality no cheap bottles , had body wash,shampoos, hairconditioner ,body lotion, hand soap ,the room well maintain and clean all you need for your trip and accommodation i loved i stay again and recommended for family and friends

The place was clean. The room had a little dust but beds where clean. My child was looking forward for bacon at breakfast but there was none. We love to stay at this location.

Discrepancy between hotels.com and what you offer I guess. Booked a king with pull out sofa but when I got to my room it was only a king. Spoke with Nate at front and he said not much they can do because I used hotels.com and that if I would have booked it through them they would fix it. I wasn’t going to cause a scene so I just asked for a comforter for my child to lay on. He gave me a small fleece blanket. So I then asked for another because it wasn’t the room I booked and he rolled his eyes and got irritated.

The room had stains on walls, candy wrappers behind the chairs and under the ac. Pool was decent, though the spa was out of order. We stayed due to a medical reason, and are happy the kids were satisfied with the pool. However, this will not be on top of our list next time we are needing a room.
