This hotel pleasantly surprised me! I will be honest, I was a little hesitant to book & upon pulling up to the hotel, I thought it might be a mistake (it doesn’t have a ton of appeal from the outside, even though the front entrance was well maintained). I read the reviews though & have to agree-this is a great hotel! Friendly staff! Super clean facilities! The breakfast was good (maybe switching up the items every other day would be nice though, for a change), but we ate breakfast every morning for 3 days & it was always plentiful & we were happy with it! My kids wished that the pool was a little bit bigger and it would be nice if there was a hot tub, but those were not deal breakers at all! We would stay again! This is a very well taken care of hotel!

My spouse, our small dog, and myself we’re in Wichita visiting family. This property convenient for us. Our room was comfortable and quiet. Many restaurants are nearby. The free breakfast was basic, however no fruit or yogurt was offered, like we usually find at other properties like this one. A was pleasant and accommodating to our requests. One negative however, there is no good area to walk a dog.

The morning staff is WONDERFUL! Yes, it is true. The lady at the front desk in the morning is pretty amazing! She personally came over each morning and talked to our cute babies. Very down to earth and so nice. The kitchen staff was also great. We come down to see family and will be switching our normal hotel to this one for sure!

I didn't appreciate being asked my disabilities and what the function of my service dog was just to be told that it wasn't a good reason to need one and his registration isn't valid. The room had no carpet and a cold floor. The jacuzzi was out of order. Breakfast wasn't tasty. The only plus was the lady helping with breakfast went above and beyond to welcome our family with a great attitude.

Staff at the desk when we checked in was super friendly and helpful! The staff manning the breakfast room was fantastic! She got a high chair for my daughter's baby doll. She also went to tables to see if any of the guests wanted any of the fresh food before she filled the dishes.

Booked because of pool & hot tub. Hot tub was closed due to covid..... but pool was open & with kids toys to play with. Judy was very nice. VERY noisey, after 11pm trying when trying to sleep

We love staying at this location. Every time we pass by Wichita we stay at this location and their front desk is always polite and respectful. My kids love their pool and breakfast is good for a quick bite.
