Amber at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and comfortable. Our family enjoyed our stay very much.

The location is good and the room was clean. Like everywhere I believe they were shot staffed because the employee at the counter was never there and you had to wait. The indoor pool is not heated or the heater is broken. The water was too cold for the kids. The fitness center was clean and organized.

It was amazing. Even though it was pricier than other hotels closer, it was definitely better. We have family in Wichita and go often. We have previously stayed at Comfort Inn Suites and the manager was unfriendly and rude. We definitely will continue with Fairfield.

Did not clean the room or replace the linens. When i asked they said policy was cleaning every 3rd day unless we asked but they did not tell us this on check in. After a tiring day at the airshow & enjoying family, i want a clean room.

We found this hotel to be very good for the price. Rooms were clean and the bathrooms were very large. We noticed this location was popular with families like our own. Many good dining options within a mile or two. The hotel staff was not very friendly but that was not as important to us as cleanliness and value so all in all I’d say it was what we were looking for as part of a quick family getaway.

This hotel was located in a quiet area of Wichita and it was perfect for our family to stay for a one night trip. It is a bit tricky to arrive to the hotel, and their breakfast menu was limited, but overall, I can’t complain! Will definitely return in the future.
