The staff is polite and friendly. Even though it was busy, filled with kids because of sports events, the hotel was quiet. We were very thankful to stay at a well lit hotel.

Breakfast starts at 7am! Just wanted other swim families to know because we usually need food earlier than that. There was some highway noise in our room. Otherwise, a good stay.

My stay from Monday to Tuesday was AWESOME! My stay last night from Tuesday night to Wednesday (this morning ) was horrible! Our shower did not work, (room 210), the door into the room did not lock, I tried to call downstairs to report and the phone did not work! I walked downstairs to report issues around 1030 and no one at front desk so just had to deal with the fear of someone walking into the room, unable to shower. My frustration is I have a child in ICU, I only stay there for someone to sleep. Tonight I will not be booking another room. I talked to a man at front desk this morning, and he did not even offer to make the inconveinences right.

Everything fine about the property and the service but please start putting children on the first floor we were on the third floor and the room directly above us sounded like wrestlemania it was absolutely insane.

The front desk ladies were so friendly and helpful. The room was nice and clean and the pull out couch was comfortable for my children.
