We spent 5 nights while visiting our son and family. We arrived a day early and the request for an extra night was efficiently accommodated. Friendly staff, good breakfast and clean hotel.

Great location. Food, activities. Close to main highways. Good (not fabulous) breakfast buffet. Only problem was the toilet! Shortest toilet we’ve ever seen… about 2” lower than a standard height. Felt like a big kid in a kindergarten classroom chair :)

This is my third trip to Hutchinson that I chose to stay at this hotel this time around again. I was placed on the third floor in room 304 the room had a stench of mildew in the bathtub there was Rust really bad to the point that it was hard to get my children to even take a shower. The shower curtain was very dirty looking. The mini fridge in my room did not work. It just blew hot air. The stairway going up to the floor third floor had trash and cigarette butts all over the floor. I was very disappointed. The one positive thing I can say is the staff at the front desk are always so kind and very helpful.

Super friendly staff, excellent food selections, but, the heated pool was quite chilly. My family, doggo included, had a wonderful stay. P.S. thanks for the ibuprofen 😊

Great place to stay. Was quiet once kids quit running the halls. Only problem I had was I assumed they would have a shower soap dispenser along with the shampoo & conditioner for the price of the room. Choice of breakfast items were good. May need to do some small upgrades soon. Would stay again though.

Hinges on bathroom door were on backwards so bathroom door would not shut. Pool closed for repair (disappointed grandkids). Staff very friendly but overall property needs a refresh. More like a $70 a night motel. Breakfast satisfactory.

Our entire room smelled of urine. We complained to the staff several times and nothing was done. We were told there were no other room available, and only stayed because we had a family member in the hospital less than a mile away. Would not recommend.

This place sucks. Bedding was just sheets. Had comforter but it was just a pair of sheets sewn together with padding in-between. Asked for blankets but the employee said I was rude and asked me to treat her better. I said nothing to her personally, I was upset with the blankets which were nothing but a child's blanket or for a pet. She took what I said personally and caused animosity. These blankets were small and thin and did nothing to help keep a person warm. The air conditioning was on the lowest setting, which was 60 degrees, but it did not keep the room cool. I will never use your hotel again

Budget hotel so not too much to expect. Weight room waa decent, rooms were dated but clean. Shower has a drip all night but the ac was cool and drowned out most of the sound. Real complaint was no water or juice or kid friendly drinks. When asked managment saud sorry its broken. Not sure why there was no running water, water fountain or bottled water as optuons for guest. That and a lack of apology just mater of fact waa off putting.

Very friendly staff. Enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay there again. Would highly recommend it to friends and family.
