There were cockroaches the size of my thumb. The pool has rusty bolts sticking out that I watched 2 kids almost get severely hurt on. Beer cans and bottles all over parking lot. The tub looks like it was painted and it's peeling everywhere the pillows were the size of a folded towel. The sink faucet leaks when the water is turned on

The hotel is a bit run down and not in the best shape. Our room faced the highway and was noisy until late. The bed was firm with what appeared to be children’s pillows. We have stayed at many comfort inns over the years and this one’s near the bottom. I’d spend a bit more money next time and stay somewhere else if we were in the area

Our stay was okay . The microwave didn’t work we told the front desk and nothing was able to be done only choice was to use the lobby’s and with kids that’s just too much of a hassle. And to top it off the AC didn’t cool it was like 99 outside and once again nothing was able to be done the room felt muggy since the AC on high cool didn’t work over all it was okay front desk girl said she would talk to the manager but we have yet to see if they refund anything to us.

The breakfast was decent, I’ll give them that. The staff was rude. Our AC wasn’t working in the room when we first got there so we asked to move rooms because we have 2 small children, they argued, finally got us another room & they double charged us & argued about that too. Our ice bucket in both rooms were moldy. The pool area was dirty & seemed not well kept. Will not be staying at another comfort inn.

The front desk staff were very unfriendly when answering simple questions. The receptionist had her baby with her during her shift making her unavailable to assist. The pictures given when I booked the room is different in person, more dated. There were holes in the walls and broken shelf in the bathroom. Very little parking.

My children were unable to swim due to the small size of the pool and there was a family in it with no space for my 2 children. There were no chairs to sit and watch them if they decided to get in. Staff was friendly. Rooms are poorly kept and outdated for the price. Caulking and repairs were very visible.

It seems maybe they are remodeling, the front was not very clean when I checked in. When i went to check in, no one came right away and there was a little girl sitting behind the counter in a chair. I don’t have a problem with a child there but employee should have been more attentive to customers coming in. And just a few minutes ago (8:25) the smoke alarm just went on and back off. I called the front desk and why they chose this time of night to work on the sprinkler system is beyond me.

Stayed for 2 nights while visiting family. Clean room with comfortable beds. Appreciated the warm breakfast instead of eggs and sausage.

Environment was nice. Breakfast was good. Beds were uncomfortable. Hot tub was out of order. Some tiles broken on hot tub so could be safety concern for children. Room was clean.
