The staff was amazing, Manny helped me and my family get a room late at night after we could stay at a dirty hotel.

After checking in we went to our room to put our bags there. My daughter went to use the restroom and there was black hair in the tub, sink, toilet, and floor. The toilet paper had black stuff on it. We didn't stay, because after the show we went to see, there was a tornado warning and we had to go home because we had a family member that doesn't do well in storms.

I was extrememly satisfied with this hotel. It is just off of I35 with a Walmart and restaurants down the street. Room was clean and in good shape. Pool and hot tub area was also clean and comfortable. Pool water was actually warm and kids loved it. Deluxe breakfast had good choices including waffles, eggs, pasteries, fruit, juice and of course coffee. I would definitely stay here again.
