The property seems clean and newer. We arrived very late at night after a long day of travel. Upon check in we found that our toilet was broken. They didn’t have any other suites to move us to and asked if we could move to a regular king bedroom (not suite). That would not work with our family size. We said we could manually flush the toilet for the night. Then we were making up the pull out couch and there were no extra sheets or pillows for the pull out couch. I had to go back down to the lobby at 1am and ask for those things.

Shout out to the best hotel to Fort Dodge!! Very accommodating in an emergency situation when the brakes went out on our car!!! Can’t think this hotel enough for everything they did for me and my child and my one-year-old granddaughter!!! Talk about friendly service if I could give more than five stars, I would.

The hotel was brand new and very clean. The room was very spacious and super clean. Beds were comfortable and we enjoyed clean shower and towels. There is a pool and work out room that are great. There is also an entertainment center behind the hotel that has games, golf for kids, etc.

Clean comfortable rooms. Great location for food and entertainment. Great if you have children as there is mini golf, go carts, and arcade next door. Breakfast is simple but good. Overall great place to stay.

It was located in a excellent area, where restaurants, grocery stores and shopping was located nearby. Our room was clean and big enough for a family of 4. We used the pool and our kids had fun. The only downside was I found the beds to be too hard.

My experience at Brookstone was so amazing that I didn’t want to leave. My family and I are on a road trip and tried to stay at the Super 8 by Wyndham in Webster city but we came across so many complications and problems with the cleanliness that we had to leave that same night and drive 20 miles (after already we had driven 600+ miles that day) to Brookstone Fort Dodge. The staff/customer service was amazing, the hot breakfast was delicious, and the cleanliness was top tier. 10/10 would stay here again. 10/10 would recommend this hotel to family and friends.

The key cards didn't work in the outside entrances, there was a light out in our room, there weren't any towels in the pool area, my kids all reacted to the amount of chlorine in the pool, the breakfast items weren't kept full, and the sidewalks weren't shoveled.
