Hotel was clean. Only a short distance from the interstate. It needed some repair. The exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't work, leading to rust on the bathroom light fixture. The television did not work initially. Sounded like all tv's might have been affected as they were back on with in 1 1/2 hours. Also we were booked for two adults and a child, but the room only had two bath towels and washcloths

I reserved this at the end of February for $80 bucksa night. When we arrived they said they had no record. Charged us 103 . We had a family emergency had to canel after cancelation time told me they would charge just a t 1 night. Left they called me and said it was instead charging for 2 nights. I will never stay at a windum again.

Booked for 2 adults and 3 children, asked for cot and was told it was 20$ cash. No bedding for cot.

We’ve stayed here before, maybe 10 years ago. It was decent then. But this time around, didn’t make me want to come back. There was only one person running the desk and taking care of calls for a weekend night shift, which sadly you see often anywhere. The room just didn’t feel clean. There were hairs in the bathtub, and as I pulled the comforter back for my kids, there’s more hairs in the sheets. The paint job was horrible, patches obviously touched up everywhere. There was a switch for fan in the bathroom, but no actual fan which made it feel very muggy after three showers and smell like chlorine, sweat and bathroom smells. The pool was underwhelming, just a handful of towels available, and only had two tables and two other long chairs. The fridge didn’t have an adjustment for temperature and at the base of it in the outside looked gross, not sure what was built up there. Feel like I stayed at the $67/night Motel instead of a supposedly 8.6/10 rated hotel.

Was told they would give us a free upgrade because of the 40min long check in becuase of their screw up. Up and down the stairs..no elevator 4 times trying different keys that all didnt work only to find that the room was occupied which i had to figure out myself by knocking...not the staff.Then they took the upgrade away...poor customer service. Then told I'd get the night for free only to get charged anyway due to chain of command losing track of the whole event that happened at check in. Last time spending a night at an americinn or any wyndham hotel. Unprofessional and childish service.

This is tired hotel. The cleanliness was fine. The upkeep leaves a lot to be desired. The duvee was ripped and stuffing was falling out. And, maybe I would not have noticed, except it was on my face. This feels Like a family owned and operated facility, who are acutely aware margins. Hospitality from the staff, well they simply aren’t that friendly. We would have liked fresh fruit options for breakfast; but, oh well. We stayed because we were only passing though.

Mike at the front desk was very nice and helpful! Other staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful as well. Rooms were clean. We had 2 queen beds with pullout couch and it was a nice big space for our family of 6. Quiet hotel, quiet area, pool was ok, breakfast was ok. Would stay there again if we're in the area again.

Water damage around bathroom tub in both rooms we stayed in . Toilet water ran every 15 to 30 minutes in first room we stayed in . Pool caused rashes on 3 grandkids that came to swim . We got transferred to second room because there were ANTS on the bed in first room!! You advertised wired and wifi internet in every room, wired is only in the business lobby not in rooms, hotspot on cell phone was faster then the wifi so used cell phone for internet the whole 8 days of our stay!! If you need a place to sleep its ok (except for the ants) if you are staying more then couple nights there are better places

We stayed 6 nights with 4 adults & 6 kids. We had no complaints!! The kids enjoyed the indoor pool. It’s only 2 floors so it was easier to keep up with the kids. We ate a good breakfast there every morning. We would stay there again.

I missed his name, but the man at the front desk who had his 2 daughters visiting, is extremely helpful and very friendly. We will recommend America inn at Wyndham to our friends and family.
