Very clean with friendly staff. Love that the hotel was off the beaten path but still close to town and the lake. The kids loved the pool. The hand painted walls in the swim room were a unique touch. We will stay here again!

The entire staff was very nice and friendly to our family. Very clean and comfortable rooms! We really enjoyed our stay!

We were at GrandStay Hotel for a week, visiting family in Pella. The hotel is fine, if in need of some upkeep here and there. We had issues with the shower handle bar falling off the wall. And room cleaning was non existence. We had to ask for it on the 4th day and it didn't happen until a day later and even then, the housekeeping staff only replaced towels and sort of straightened up the bathroom. The front desk staff was lovely, and that said a lot! Breakfast was varied but not particularly high quality and certainly not healthy (biscuits, gravy, that sort of high fat, high salt fare). The best things I can say is that it was quiet AND, walking on the golf course was a delight.

It was a great stay. The kids really enjoyed the swimming and the breakfast. It was a great location not far from town but hidden. We loved it.
