Quality Inn & Suites Keokuk North

Wow, just wow! From the time of check-in to the time of checkout, the staff was beyond amazing! The grounds outside were very clean, parking was easy, and getting luggage to your room was a breeze. Inside was just as clean! I NEVER once saw a bug anywhere in our room or walking around inside the building! The pool was clean and the hot tub was very refreshing. The provided towels and floaties in the pool area were an added perk so that children could have floating things to play with, and if you forgot your towels, there was a stack there waiting! The rooms were comfortable, the microwave, fridge, coffee machine, and hair dryer all worked perfectly. I really can't recommend this hotel enough! I would definitely stay here again if I ever come up back up this way!

Very nice stay. There were quite a few families with young children as this was during prime vacation season.

Everything was good but some noisey children around bedtime. Did not last long though.

Worked fine for attending a family meeting.

The entire staff that we met from reception to breakfast manager and maintenance were super friendly and helpful with assistance whenever we needed it. They made us feel like family who were welcome whenever we wanted to visit. They welcomed us to return for another visit if we were in the area.

The hotel has some quirks. Our rooms floor was not level on the 2nd floor. The entertainment center had a wedge under it to keep it upright. The hallways were bowed as well. Did it affect our comfort and stay? No, but it was an adjustment when walking in front of the beds and needing to watch our steps. Breakfast was decent. There was eggs and a meat choice bother mornings as well as waffles, packaged muffins and danishes. The breakfast attendant and front desk worker were so kind and fun to chat with. Our kids had fun in the pool, it was clean and a decent size. It's definitely an older hotel with some need of upkeep, but it did it's job.
