The staff was very accommodating. I asked to not be close to my family but to be close to my best friend. They put us on the opposite side and a story away from the family. My best friend was in the room next to us. Thank you

Stayed here for 2 nights with my kid. Didn’t check in on night one until late. Was able to get into the pool / hot tub, but the hot tub didn’t seem very clean and the water was very low. There were only 2 towels in the container available for swimmers. The next morning we went swimming again and there were no towels still. In the morning I noticed the toilet was not flushing properly. I called the front desk and they responded with Maintenance doesn’t work on the weekends. That makes sense?! They told me I could come to the front desk and get a plunger. I did and then unclogged the toilet. That same night my kid used the toilet and it was clogged again. I tried to use the plunger and it didn’t work and now the toilet wouldn’t stop running. The dirty toilet water was overflowing into the bathroom. I turned off the water to the toilet so it would stop and called the front desk. I explained the situation to them and they told me to come to the front office and get another room key and they would move me rooms. They upgraded my room to a suite which was nice and they said they tried to credit my stay but because of how I booked it (through Hotels.com) they were unable to provide any credit for the inconvenience.

My family really liked the pool and hot tub. Good facilities and clean space! Very positive experience with elementary aged kids!

The breakfast was excellent. The children enjoyed the pool. It was nice that there was a hot tub as well as a kiddie pool for the really little chldren. The room was nice with a desk, shelves, a closet, and drawers as well as a microwave and refrigerator. The beds were comfortable and provided a wonderful rest from the day of travel.

The hotel was very clean. The breakfast was great and the staff cooking the breakfast were there to get us what we needed. The staff at the front desk were very helpful! The pool was so fun, our grand kids swam as much as possible. Great place to stay!

Rooms are dirty. Found a kids sock in our room. Friendly staff. Excellent pool. Very clean.

Quiet and relaxing. Pool was a plus for the kids. Breakfast was plentiful.

There was old napkins and bottles behind furniture and under the beds. My husband called ahead and we were told room would be ready at 2. When I checked in they said room wasn’t ready. I explained we called ahead and was told it would be ready. The woman was VERY snotty and stated well someone else checked in before you. No one was ever at the front desk and the phone would ring and ring if we tried to call. The pool area was nice for the family.

We were traveling with grandchildren and requested adjoining rooms, but they were not available. The desk clerk, Brianna, went above and beyond to get us rooms on the same floor. The kids loved the pool.

The staff here is very rude and the way of doing business is horrible. I payed in advance for this location, as other family members and us have stayed here before, as a mothers day gift for my daughter. At check-in she was told the hotel demands $250 cash upfront for the stay because she was a local resident. I was contacted immediately by her and I in turn contacted the corporate office. During my call to corporate the front desk then decided to wave the fee. In my opinion this is in-appropriate business practice towards a family that has stayed here multiple times with no issues. Needless to say after my other relatives found this out they will no longer be staying here either.
