Super disappointed that the pool was closed. We had a large group of kids that wanted to swim. Was hoping they could swim and burn off energy

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Hot tub didn’t work, huge stain on the floor in our room, the housekeeping came in our room at 9am, and 9:30am “just to see if we were still there.” No knocking or anything. It terrified my kids. Checkout wasn’t til noon. All that aside, I was swimming with my children and a staff member came in and rudely said “Who’s the adult here.” I am a small person but clearly an adult. It was rude, offensive, and embarrassing l. We checked out two hours early. I reached out about my concerns and no one cared. In a day and age where we should be sensitive to the differences of others, they are not. DO NOT STAY HERE.

The hotel is very clean and well kept. The kids enjoyed the pool and there’s a nice out outdoor space. There’s a large dining area and the food is decent. The property is a far from downtown though.

Very clean, new property. Stayed in a suite with the family. It was nice but a tight fit with luggage once we pulled the couch bed out. Definitely one of the better, if not best, hotel in Indianola. Biggest drawback is that there was no fan in the bathroom. :/
