Comfort Inn & Suites Independence

The breakfast was really great and there were several options every morning. I was here for a funeral so to have a nice quiet place was awesome. The indoor pool gave the kids something to do.

My stay was great! This hotel was manned by a friendly and courteous staff. The room was clean and I got a good nights sleep. I will always stay with you when visiting family in Independence.

Our family was in town for a funeral and we rented 4 rooms. The rooms were very comfortable. Will stay again.

Staff was friendly, rooms were clean and breakfast was good! Pool was heated too, kids had a blast and we wnjoyed out one night stay.

We were in town for a family funeral. Easy check in, everything in good repair, clean, good breakfast!

Hotel was full with several traveling baseball teams. Unfortunately hotel was understaffed to keep up with breakfast rush and ran out of many items. Staff that were there were doing their best to keep up and were kind and welcoming. One of teams staying at the hotel had parents drinking outside the pool until late in the evening and left their kids unsupervised in the pool which was disruptive to other guests (front desk was called). This group was quite disrespectful of if the hotel and other guests (i.e. using all pool towels, flooding pool bathroom, spitting, throwing pool toys against wall till the broke and shattered. Pool was not accessible Sunday morning due to the lock being non responsive.
