Courtyard Indianapolis Noblesville

We check in with 3 young kids at 10:45pm after a sporting event. Our tv had no signal and did not work. We called the front desk and they were very lazy about trying to help. We finally gave up. We did not someone in our room while our kids were sleeping.

Comfortable and clean room! Lovely linens, nothing wrong with room or bathroom and loved the space. Noise was an issue, but they are right off a major highway and there were TONS of kids there for the weekend. Service was great. I don’t know that the Bistro is really a “value-add” experience. Selection wasn’t great there, prices were high, and the lack of breakfast options didn’t make it the most welcoming hotel to want to spend any time outside of the room with. Room was pricey for what it was, but overall a comfortable experience and the staff were great!

I really love this hotel. Staff is amazing and the rooms are beautiful. Thanks for allowing my family to have a great staycation at a awesome place.

Our room was on the top floor at the end of the hall so it afforded me and my two preteen granddaughters a little more access to be kids together and hopefully not bother too many guests. We were disappointed when we went to swim to find out the hot tub was not in order seeing as how I especially booked this hotel because they advertised a hot tub. Then after being in the pool after awhile we realized that our swim suits had faded because of the high level of Chlorine in the water. One of my granddaughters can have sensitive skin which with the high levels of chlorine I believe “burned” her eyes and delicate skin under her eyes on her face. Once showered after swimming my granddaughters hair felt like straw and my skin was soooo dry I had to keep applying lotion just to feel comfortable.

Close to stores, very close to my family. Room was fantastic, clean, friendly staff. The only issue was breakfast, 1st day was over by 9:30am, 2nd day no breakfast at all but staff did hook me up with coffee

I will not be staying here again. The wallpaper was peeling from the walls, which looked to be covered in mold, as was the shower. We went to the pool-again a mold issue in the hot tub, which was partially drained. Not to worry though because the pool water was the temperature of a hot tub, at least 100 degrees. Our kids had been so excited to play in the pool but could only stay for 15 minutes. I also requested a pack and play which never showed up.
