Front desk clerk was very dismissive told me I could not get cribs for my two babies because they were locked up and she didn’t have a key. Room was not thoroughly cleaned I literally has to throw things away and wipe things down VERY DISAPPOINTED

We stayed in one of the 2 bedroom suites. The room itself was bafly in need of repair. Every door had a hole punched in it, and the bathroom door was off kilter and had a hard time closing. Really the worst part was the carpet, though. We had our toddler with us, and had to wash her feet and legs before leaving the room because anywhere they came in to contact with the floor, they were black with dirt.

Dirty bathroom floors, patched but unfinished bathtub, hair and dirt, hair on towels, scuffed and old furniture. On top of a dirty room, there were groups of men outside smoking in the evening and someone pulled up yelling and threatening them as if it was a drug deal gone wrong. Awful for safety of our family. However the two staff people were PHENOMENAL for the cards they had been dealt. They handled everything with class and kindness.
