Keystone Inn & Suites

Great experience. I was nervous when I saw many children in uniforms, but there were no problems. I stayed two nights.

There were 5 of us (2 adults & 3 children) staying in a 2 queen suite for two nights. Check in was easy and pleasant. The room was spacious. Breakfast in the morning was your standard continental and was fine. We didn't find the beds very comfortable. We would stay again.

Horrible room on the first floor. ADA room? Not like any we have had before at this brand. Nobody slept - partying going on at the fire pit outside our window and on the parking lot most of the night. The front desk person was so rude. Not sure why others who made their reservations after us had lovely rooms. I will share this with the lacrosse families and tournament people.

They wouldn’t let me check in one minute before 3:00, then once was allowed to check in there was a line of 5+ families trying to check in. She was just being petty. Only one elevator working - had to wait a long time for elevator. Pubic hairs on the ceiling in shower . Bed very uncomfortable. For the price $200 a night during a soccer tournament weekend was way overpriced .

Requested @ 11 pm for a vacuum cleaner (not service to clean) due to my son accidentally breaking a glass. I was worried about the small/tiny glass pieces on the carpet which could hurt anyone in the room when they walk. I could not get the service or the cleaner due to the reason that the staff was not there and the service room was locked at that time of the day. Please note that this request was made during covid-19 days stay. May be due this situation, there might have been less staff in the hotel. Honestly, I was not comfortable with my family taking a risk of staying in that room. I will think twice before before booking my stay in the future in this hotel. BTW, I had stayed about 30 nights in Hyatt hotels till now and this experience has not been up to the mark.

We got a puppy while on vacation and the amenities at this hotel were perfect for our new family member! We will stay here again if in the area.

The staff was extremely down on Expedia. Would not let me collect points. When I went to check out they would not give me a receipt of my stay they said I needed to get from Expedia. When I check in the desk clerk was watching TV and asked what I wanted. I am there with luggage are you kidding. Will not stay at this property again.
