Holiday Inn Indianapolis Airport, an IHG Hotel

Took the family and had a great time

I called the hotel before I book to ask about if the swimming pool was open and if was warm, I suffer for arthritis and that's why need to use the pool. They told me it was and for that reason I reserved a room to use the swimming pool. I got there and surprise they didn't have towels to use for the pool, the girl at the front desk Keyera said that they run out and she couldn't find a towel at all. I have one dry in my room but I didn’t want to use it for the pool but to take a shower after swimming. The manager was not there and I had to wait until they were all dry or next day, because they pulled out the last 8 towels for the kid's that were there. I took my only bedroom dry towel to the pool to find out the water was cold, no warm as I was told, I know normally the hotels keep their pools between 82-85F but here was not even 70 degrees At the end of the day the purpose of my stay was worthless. The facilities are great and the hotel is very nice ans clean. If you don't need the swimming is perfect.

No double queen rooms available upon check in despite reservation. Asst manager was very direct and said none available despite reservation. I have 2 kids with me. King room with pull out sofa is NOT. what we expected or paid for.

Super clean and quiet! Only issue we had the 3 days we stayed was a kid running up and down the hallway a couple times around 9PM, but it stopped after a few minutes. Besides that - I really wish there was hand soap in the rooms!

Had two Queen beds reserved. Got King bed, stated all rooms taken and my fault for booking with a third party. No cots or roll away beds available, they gave them all away, had to go buy an air mattress so my child didn’t have to sleep on floor. All hotels in area were booked, hotel would not help me with anything. Poor service on their part. Kept stating my fault for booking through hotel.com and that hotels.com over books all the time.

Great location for near-airport proximity. The restaurant/bar and other amenities make it ideal for solo or family stay.
