It is currently under renovations. No pool available, which with kids was a problem. Should be more transparent with this info.

Not enough parking, pool under renovation (disappointed kids), first room had broken locks on door but manager was able to get us to a new room (new room was partially under renovation)

Short trip for a gymnastics competition. The queen suite was clean and very spacious for my family of 5. Breakfast was delicious. Andrew at the front counter was nice and super helpful when we needed a few extra towels and a blanket. Definitely would stay there again.

Stayed in a 2 queen with sofa sleeper. Great space for a family. Layout makes it a little difficult for night time bathroom breaks with waking everyone. Breakfast had a good variety

I was very disappointed the hotel was under construction, which I was not told about my room, key deactivated four different times over a weekend. The pool was ice cold which I also was not informed about and I specifically told them my grandkids would be coming to visit me in the hotel to swim, the service was good but the hotel was a mess and I spent hundreds of dollars on swimsuits and pool items that went to waste because the pool was too cold to swim in. There was a lot of noise going on in the hotel construction workers all over the place wish I had been given a heads up I would’ve chosen a different hotel .

We came to check in at 12:30 am with us and 3 grandchildren, our room had not been cleaned. The beds were not made, the old sheets in a pile. There was no staff to get the rooms ready. Two women behind the desk, they called the manager. We were there more than an hour, tired from traveling and had to go somewhere else.

Good place to stay. It rose to the expectations based on its pricing. We travel a lot as a family of 5 and Hampton Inn is one of our preferred places for stay.

The lobby is very nice. The staff was very friendly accommodating. The pool was great for the kids. The beds and pillows were older and not very comfortable. The hotel did run out of clean towels but they said they had ordered more. The lady at the front desk brought us clean towels when they were ready. Breakfast was ok

I asked for quiet room as highway was nearby. I got room facing highway and it was noisy throughout night. Pool water was too cold to swim in for adults and children. Bed comfort was "not bad" at best. Facility was clean. Able to maintain room temperature at our preference. Must request room cleaning. Based on other reviews, this is as good as it gets in Brownsburg.
